The team, made up of staff drawn from relevant areas within the firm, offers advice on how to navigate tax, property and business issues when setting up on the island.

The launch of the new team is in light of Jersey’s accommodative policies towards entrepreneurs and principals of investment and funds businesses, the firm said in a press statement. 

"Our clients have been requesting a comprehensive service dealing both with the issues of residency application and commercial and regulatory advice relating to relocation. Our relocations service has been launched in response to this demand," said Alex Ohlsson, managing partner of Carey Olsen.
